No cookies, no analytics
In its current version, this website sets no non-essential cookies of its own, uses no analytics or advertising tracking of its own and loads no content from third-party servers — not even external fonts. No usage profiles are created, and no audience measurement takes place. For this reason, no cookie banner is currently shown.
Should analytics, marketing or embedded third-party services be added later, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, consent will be obtained beforehand.
Visiting the website
This website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA as our processor. With every visit, its servers process the data that is technically necessary for the transmission and that your browser inevitably sends along: IP address, time of the request, requested address, amount of data transferred, and information about your browser and operating system.
We ourselves do not receive any access logs. We do not operate a server of our own and do not have log data delivered to us; we only have access to aggregated visitor statistics without any personal reference. Regarding retention periods and purposes of processing on the provider's side, the provider's own privacy policy applies.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. As the provider is based in the USA, this constitutes a transfer to a third country. It takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in the data processing agreement.
You are not legally or contractually obliged to provide us with any data. Without the technically necessary connection data, however, the website cannot be delivered.
Contacting us
There is no contact form on this website. The contact page merely lists an email address; the legal notice also lists a phone number. If you write to us or call us, we process your information in order to respond to your request. Emails to contact@entevion.com are received by Cloudflare (see above) and forwarded, without being stored, to our mailbox at Google (Gmail); the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering inquiries. Where your request concerns a contract with us or its preparation, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We keep the message for as long as necessary for this purpose.
Retention period
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Technical log data may be kept by the hosting provider for a limited period in accordance with its own rules.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact contact@entevion.com.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21 GDPR). An informal message to contact@entevion.com is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
